We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS).
International orders are shipped primarily by USPS. International customers are encouraged to place a "Order by Phone" using the checkout process on the site. We will contact you with a shipping quote and to receive payment for your items.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

Returns
As a store policy we do not give refunds for items that have been shipped but we can give a store credit or exchange. If you are in the local area and need to exchange for size you can come to the store and make your exchange. If not you can ship the item(s) back to us for an exchange but will be responsible for all shipping charges.
